1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://www.saveconcrete.com (the “Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreements or contracts. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services
SAVE Concrete provides concrete raising/leveling using calibrated cement-based slurry, stabilization, void filling, foundation crack repair, exterior caulking, concrete sealing, power washing, and related services in the Chicago area and Northern Illinois. Details are provided on the Site and in individual proposals.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Contracts
Free on-site evaluations and written estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding. Actual pricing, scope, and terms are governed by a separate written service agreement or contract signed by both parties. We reserve the right to adjust estimates based on site conditions discovered during work.

4. Warranties
We offer specific warranties on our concrete raising and repair work as detailed in individual service contracts (typically industry-leading coverage, e.g., multiple years on qualifying work). Except as expressly stated in a signed contract:

All services and the Site are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAVE Concrete, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from use of the Site, services, or communications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim (or $500 if no payment was made). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so this may not apply to you.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVE Concrete from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by or licensed to SAVE Concrete and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site for any illegal purpose, to transmit harmful code, to harass others, or in any way that damages or interferes with the Site or our services.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County or Cook County, Illinois. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.

10. SMS and Electronic Communications Program
By providing your phone number and affirmatively consenting (e.g., by checking a box that states: “I consent to receive SMS/text messages from SAVE Concrete about services, promotions, quotes, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”), you agree to participate in our SMS/text messaging program.

Purpose: Messages may include promotional offers, service reminders, appointment confirmations, project updates, and marketing communications related to concrete raising and repair services.
Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and our campaigns (typically not more than a few messages per month for marketing).
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also contact us at 847-336-3400 or team@saveconcrete.com. Opting out of marketing SMS does not affect transactional/service-related communications if you have a separate ongoing relationship.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance or more information.
Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for carrier fees or delivery issues.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving a quote. You may opt out at any time without affecting service eligibility.
Delivery: We use Brevo (or similar compliant providers) to send SMS. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or carrier filtering.
Supported Carriers: Most major U.S. carriers; participation varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transactional messages (e.g., appointment reminders for active projects) may be sent without separate marketing consent where permitted by law.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAVE Concrete. They supersede all prior agreements.

12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version.
